Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar

Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, a descendant of the storied Mewar dynasty, has long bridged legacy with contemporary global challenges through principled leadership. Educated in Economics, International Trade, International Business, and Marketing at Deakin University, her career spans over two decades in finance, leading family and multi-family offices, founding ventures in financial services, real estate, industrial, and healthcare sectors via her ventures JPM Capital and Auctus Fora.

Her expertise in asset management, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions has inherently intertwined with geopolitical considerations, fostering a deep commitment to regenerative systems. Through initiatives like Power of Policy and her board role at PVBLIC Foundation, she has advocated for multilateral collaboration, advancing Sustainable Development Goals and ethical policy frameworks that harmonize economic prosperity with ecological and social resilience.

As the visionary behind Ubertas, she architects influence as a non-state actor, transcending traditional advisory to orchestrate regenerative diplomacy, deploying capital and nuance to shape sustainable futures amid complex global dynamics.

Dhruv Khanna

Director

Bringing 16 years of collective experience across government relations, policy development, and strategic advisory, having spent the last 6 years as Manager of Policy Driver and Change at Bergen Group, where he advances energy transition agendas including hydrogen initiatives at macro and micro levels by creating synergy between government, state agencies, institutions of higher learning, and public/private sectors. His diverse background includes roles as a Business Development, Anti-Money Laundering and Intelligence Specialist at Big 4 firms including KPMG and Deloitte, private security agencies, and think tanks across regulatory, forensic and research/policy industries.

Holding undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science from the University of Plymouth, England, and a Foreign Exchange Fellow of The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, having grown up across 5 countries and lived in 11 Indian cities.

Nicholas Grambas

Chief Structuring and Capital Officer

Nicholas has more than 25 years’ of experience in Asia, Australia,
United States and EMEA and has held senior executive positions including Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group (Seoul, Abu Dhabi, Dubai), Global Head of Infrastructure and Project Finance at Sidley Austin LLP (New York, Singapore) and currently as Senior Managing Director/COO of KREDO Holdings Ltd, a leading renewable energy platform in Korea developing over 5.4GWs of renewable projects.
As a unique global Energy and Infrastructure executive and adviser, with deep experience in complex transactions and investment strategies across a range of sectors, including power and renewable energy, digital infra/data centers, core/core plus infrastructure and mining/resources, Nicholas has guided strategic and financial sponsors across the asset life cycle (development to operating/growth), across the capital structure and from opportunity to exit, including many first-of-their-kind transactions.

Sergio Alonso Fernández de Córdova y de Veyga

Founder and Executive Chairman of PVBLIC Foundation, a global leader in multilateral collaboration, public-private partnerships, and technology-driven solutions whose work has impacted over one billion people across more than 100 countries. Having raised close to $1 billion across various investments to advance economic inclusion, smart city policy, and sustainable infrastructure, working with governments, international organizations, UN agencies, the Vatican, and the White House to develop innovative financing models, data-driven governance frameworks, and scalable development strategies. 

His leadership has been instrumental in developing key global initiatives including the SDG Data Alliance, the Development Bank for Resilient Prosperity (DBRP), and the Family Offices for Sustainable Development (FOSD), receiving international recognition including knighthoods from Spain, Grand Cross distinctions from Ethiopia and Brazil, the USA Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and personal recognition from Pope Francis.

Eva Goulbourne

Eva Goulbourne is the Founder & CEO of Littlefoot Ventures, a strategy firm advancing food systems transformation through strategy, communications, and catalytic finance. She works at the intersection of business, philanthropy, and climate impact, helping companies, investors, and nonprofits translate ambition into measurable action across food waste reduction, regenerative agriculture, and ESG innovation.

A recognized leader in food systems and circular economy strategy, Eva was a founding team member and first employee of ReFED, where she helped secure the organization’s initial philanthropic funding and positioned it as the national data hub for food waste in the U.S. Before that, she served on the Global Food Security and Agriculture team at the World Economic Forum, where she built partnerships with global food companies, heads of state, and UN agencies across 12 countries.

Eva’s work has been featured in Fast Company, The Guardian, Forbes, Food Business News, Waste360, and Food Navigator, among others. She is the recipient of the 2025 Waste360 Changemaker Award, recognizing her leadership in advancing a more sustainable and equitable food system.
